    2 cups milk

    3/4 cup Splenda granular

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

They are much easier to cut and you don’t have to worry about the wood splinters. Plastic dowels can even be reused for the most part. Wilton makes excellent plastic dowels and you can find them at your local craft store in the baking aisle.

    Mom’s Brownies

    9 Tbsp. cocoa

    5 Tbsp. butter

    1 ½ cups white sugar

    ¼ tsp. salt

    2 eggs

    ¾ cup milk

    1 ½ cups flour

    1 tsp. baking powder

    Directions

    Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into 8″ x 8″ greased pan. Bake in 350° F oven until done, approximately 20-30 minutes. Enjoy.

    To stack your top tier, place a dollop of buttercream frosting or royal icing in the center of the bottom tier. Using a spatula on one side and your hand on the other, lift your top tier and place it on top of the bottom tier starting with the side you are lifting with your hand. Slowly lower the top tier with your spatula and then remove the spatula when you lower your cake

    2 (9-inch) baked chocolate cake layers, cooled
    3 cups cold whipping cream
    1/3 cup powdered sugar

    PERFECTLY CHOCOLATE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

    1 cup butter, softened
    3/4 cup granulated sugar
    3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2 eggs
    2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    1/3 cup cocoa powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 pkg (12-oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 cup chopped nuts

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    Beat the cold whipping cream and the powdered sugar together in a large mixing bowl using an electric mixer set on high speed. Beat until stiff peaks form. Reserve 1 1/2 cups whipped cream for piping, if desired. Spread 1 cup of the whipped cream on the layer on the serving plate. Top with 3/4 cup cherry topping. Top with the second layer, 1 cup whipped cream, and the 3/4 cup cherry topping; top with the third layer. Frost sides of cake with the remaining whipped cream. Pat the reserved cake crumbs gently on the sides of the cake. Spoon the remaining whipped cream into a pastry bag with a star tip; pipe around the edges of the cake.     Prior to beginning with your chocolate bowl, you would need to collect all the ingredients required for the same. These include tiny water balloons and chocolate candy. Also, do make sure your balloons are as small as they come, for added convenience.

    Now, the following step is to melt the chocolate. Some people make the common mistake of using chocolate at 70 degrees. But this has got to be evaded. When the chocolate is at 70 degrees, it is too soft and will struggle to hold the shape nicely.

    The temperature is a concern not only for the chocolate but for our skin too. In the event you are suffering from problems like acne, the water too cold or hot could cause increased damages to your skin. So, use water of moderate temperature only.

    When you have softened your chocolate, put it to one side to cool down. Make sure that the melted chocolate is neither too hot, nor too cold.
